QUALIFICATIONS

Mr. Shazib Masud has been practicing law for last 24 years specializing in Corporate, Civil, Labour, Banking, Human Rights and Commercial Laws. He did his Master’s in Law (LL.M) from University of Buckingham (England) in International and Commercial Law, and has done S.C.C.S. from Pantheone Sorbornne, University of Paris in comparative Corporate, Banking and Finance Law and comparative International Litigation.

Mr. Masud is considered as one of the prominent lawyers of the Country and is considered as an expert in the areas of Civil, Personal, Labour, Corporate, Banking, telecommunications laws and also deals with legal aspects of Stock, Business, Commercial, Tax and white-collar crimes. He is also on the advisory board of different Banks and commercial companies.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Masud and the Firm has vast experience in litigating, advising and rendering services in all areas of civil, personal, labour, human rights, property, commercial and Banking Laws, including establishment, organization and management of commercial companies, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, non-governmental organizations, social welfare societies, trusts, wills and charities.

Mr. Masud has also been associated in local and international Universities for lecturing and research services in the areas of Land Laws and Commercial and Constitutional laws at post-graduate level of Legal and Business studies. He has large number of important reported cases to his credit.
