July 2014 – August 2015: Worked as full-time associate with S. M. Masud & Associates (Advocates, Barristers & Legal Consultants) with regular appearances before the Civil Courts, District & Sessions Courts, Banking Courts, Consumer Courts and other various Tribunals.
September 2016 onwards: Working as full-time associate with S. M. Masud & Associates (Advocates & Legal Consultants). Specializing in Civil, Corporate and Commercial and Intellectual Property Law with full-time appearances before the High Courts as well as lower Courts of the Country and drafting of Commercial Agreements as well as banking and corporate transactions such as Loan Agreements, Guarantees, Charges, Mortgages, etc. Drafting of Plaints, Defenses, Appeals, Petitions, Reviews, Legal notices and Replies to notices, Legal Opinion, Litigation, Lawyer-Client Conferencing, Negotiation/Settlement of Cases.
