Litigating, advising and rendering services in all areas of civil, corporate, Constitutional Law, criminal laws including arbitration, contracts, corporations and white-collar crime. Legal review and drafting of commercial agreements such as, sales, lease, hire-purchase, agency, franchising, licensing, distributorship, trademark and copyright agreements, as well as banking and corporate transactions such as, loan agreements, documentary credit lease financing deposit arrangements, guarantees, indemnities, pledges, hypothecation, assignments, charges and mortgages.

Advisory service on corporate affairs of a company, counseling on, and drafting, constitutional and other documents relating to the establishment, organization and management of commercial companies, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, non-governmental organizations, social welfare societies, trusts and charities. Working as full-time associate with S. M. Masud & Associates (Advocated, Barristers & Legal Consultants) from 2014 onwards.
