EXPERIENCE

Co-ordinate with clients, prepare notes and drafts for writs, suits, applications, complaints, bails, revisions, appeals, legal notices and contracts, attend courts, conduct and participate in arbitrations, conduct and participate in out of court settlements proceedings, visit clients in jails for consultation, preparation of cases and appropriate legal advice.

Supervise the team of associates, instruct them as per the case strategies, co-ordinate with associates and other staff to achieve the desired outcomes and goals on day-to-day basis, reach to associates and other staff for on call help.

Visit the retainer clients at their offices and accompany them to the forums of SECP, FBR, FIA, Police, Anti-Corruption, Benami Adjudicating Authorities, Registrar and Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies and other forums.

Rana Abdul Maruf Khan is also independently and in association with Senior Partners, representing the clients before Magisterial Courts, Civil Judges Courts, Family Courts, Guardian Courts, Sessions Courts, Banking Courts, Banking Offences Courts, Special Central Courts (FIA), Anti-Corruption Courts, Accountability Courts (NAB), Drug Courts, Customs Courts, Consumer Courts and High Courts across the Country.
