EXPERIENCE

A. Ahad Khokher is an advocate of the High Court and is currently part of the Litigation Team in Islamabad Office. Since the time that he has joined S.M. Masud & Associates, he has worked and assisted the firm’s partners on various contentious issues involving Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Commercial and as well as white-collar crime proceedings.

In consolidation of his varied professional experience, Dispute Resolution and Construction matters conveniently form part of his expertise. He regularly appears before different fora in Pakistan including the Civil Courts, High Courts, Accountability Courts and various tribunals such as the Pakistan Medical Tribunal, National Industrial Relations Commission, Customs Appellate Tribunal and the Intellectual Property Tribunal; alongside rendering assistance to senior partners in the Supreme Court.
