Hold key qualification of Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant from ICAP and ICMAP and possesses an in-depth commercial, corporate and investment banking experience with focus on accounting, financial modeling, financial analysis, investment evaluation, corporate valuation to evaluate M&A proposals, credit risk analysis, capital structuring and long term debt / bond market
