EXPERIENCE

Ahmed Mujtaba is an advocate of the High Court and is currently part of the Litigation Team in Karachi Office. He regularly assists the firm’s partners on various contentious issues involving Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Commercial and as well as white-collar crime proceedings. He is also in association with Senior Partners, representing the clients before Magisterial Courts, Civil Judges Courts, Family Courts, Guardian Courts, Sessions Courts, Banking Courts, Banking Offences Courts, Special Central Courts (FIA), Anti-Corruption Courts, Accountability Courts (NAB), Drug Courts, Customs Courts, Consumer Courts and High Courts of Pakistan.
